Shipping policy

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the United Kingdom.


Delivery Options

Delivery Only – Free

  • Free of charge across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and mainland UK.
  • Delivery is kerbside via courier.
  • Moving the sauna indoors, unpacking, assembly, or setup are not included.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging any additional handling or installation.

Delivery & Assembly – €300 / £260

  • Available in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
  • Includes kerbside delivery and professional assembly of your sauna.
  • Electrical connection is not included — for traditional saunas, a qualified electrician must complete the mains connection.
  • This service is not available in mainland UK.


Import Duties (UK Customers)

We cover all UK import duties and VAT.
You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.


Delivery Times

  • Total delivery time: approximately 6–11 working days from the date of order.
  • Dispatch (handling time): orders are prepared and handed to our carrier within 5–7 working days.
  • Transit: delivery typically takes an additional 1–4 working days, depending on your location.
  • We will contact you directly to confirm delivery or assembly scheduling once your order is ready.
  • Deliveries are fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Additional Information

  • All saunas are delivered in protective packaging. Please inspect the packaging on arrival and retain the pallet and all packaging materials until you are certain you wish to keep your sauna.
  • If you intend to return the product, it must remain unopened and in its original packaging so it can be safely transported back to us.
  • Please ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle and sufficient space for unloading.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


Returns

Change of Mind – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you purchased your sauna online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, email hello@tribehealthandwellness.ie with your order number.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned and received by us within 14 days of cancellation.

 

Packaging & Pallet Returns

All saunas are delivered on a protective pallet. Please retain the pallet and all original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your sauna.
Returns must be shipped back on a pallet to ensure safe transport.
If the original pallet or packaging has been discarded, we can supply replacement materials and arrange collection at an additional cost, deducted from the refund.

 

Return Shipping Options

  • Customers may arrange their own return courier at their own expense, or
  • We can arrange collection for a flat €100 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the item is faulty or not as described, return shipping is free of charge.

 

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the returned item being received and inspected.

No restocking fees apply.

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to arrange exchanges where possible, provided the item is unused and returned within the same 14-day window.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us immediately at hello@tribehealthandwellness.ie with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Custom-built or modified units
  • Items returned outside the statutory period

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
