1. Who We Are This website is operated by NUA Distribution & Wholesale Ltd, trading as Tribe Health & Wellness (formerly Tribe Saunas), registered in Ireland. Our registered address is Wilkinstown, Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland, C15 XW10. Our VAT number is IE9835110Q.

2. Ordering When you place an order, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are legally capable of entering into a contract

• Your order is subject to availability and acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in either Euro (€) or Pound Sterling (£), depending on your location or selection. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors at any time. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery We deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK. Delivery options and pricing vary by location and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order within 48 hours and report any issues to hello@tribehealthandwellness.ie.

For UK orders, all import duties and VAT are covered by us. No additional fees will be charged on delivery.

5. Warranties All Tribe Saunas products come with a standard 2 year warranty. Warranty terms are available on request. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Privacy We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
